Waiting for Godot

Another drama viewing session just now. It's kind of boring, did not enjoy as much as the first viewing.
The story line is a repeating series of events between four idiots, the best description for them.
Vladimir and Estragon carry out a monotonous routine everyday, claiming that they are waiting for Godot, which he will never come.
It is such a dull movie, evolving between four idiots. Enough to fool me around = =''
Whatever it is, I would rather watch it than attending an even meaningless lecture.
I'm considering to move again next semester. Arghh,, what a headache!

A tiring journey

The day has come. Have to get back to a hell's life=(
Should have expected to reach Tanjung Malim much later after the long weekend. Then I wouldn't feel so annoyed!
I had a very exhausting journey! It takes 4 hours to reach Tanjung Malim from Ipoh which supposedly reached in 2 hours.
My journey was delayed by a traffic congestion and a lorry accident in Sungkai.
These intensifies my loathing for bus.
 I wouldn't have risk myself to take bus during the peak hours if only I could secure a seat in train.
Today's lesson : Buy train ticket in advance next time.

Shopping spree

Shopping with my sister today. We were both tempted by the Padini storewide sales and Popular book fair.
We were lucky enough to get a car park as it is packed with vehicles. Oh ya...most probably is due to the long weekend holiday.
We were stunned by the long queue in the entrance of Padini.
I have never seen such a throng before, not even during Jusco member day.
We spent about 20 minutes to queue for trying clothes and another 15 minutes to pay.
I can say that most of the items are quite cheap as they are under as high as 70 % discount! Creating a scene of piranha feeding frenzy.
I grab two formal wears and two T-shirts. Satisfied! Hehe...
But sadly I couldn't get the Longman Pronunciation Dictionary=(

A day with classmates

I drove an automatic car, which is actually my late grandpa's car for the first time.
I wasn't really bothered to drive it until it is left unattended.
An automatic car is actually easier to handle.
At once, I was thinking to drive it back to Tanjung Malim next year. Hehe...
I have a lunch gathering with two classmates, one of them has just come back from Australia.
Haven't meet her for two years I think but she hasn't changed much. Glad to meet her^^
Another best friend of mine from Australia will be coming back to Malaysia soon. Looking forward to meet him!

Rest

Once again back to my lovely home again. Home sweet home!
Miss my family much. In fact, I come home to run a very important errand.
But being able to rejoice with loves one surpasses the errand.
I am absolutely a home lover XD
The following days will only be filled with hang-outs, gathering and family activities.
Assignments? No way! I will put them aside first. Hehe....
Time to rest and have fun before I go back to hell again.

Movie night

Drama viewing session for the first time in UPSI.
It was so excited! A replacement class will never be a thrill before.
We watched "A Doll's House", one of the drama for our class presentation.

We engaged ourselves with junk food, chewing potato chips and sipping soft drinks while enjoying the drama as thought we were in a cinema.Tonight B E-learning has been transformed into a temporary cinema in this dead town.

I did enjoy the drama although I couldn't hear their conversation clearly and it was without a subtitle.

In the end, Nora, being the major character, was adamant to leave her husband.
She is such an independent and level-headed woman that bravely voice out her need which I admire much.
Straight after the viewing session, we drawed lots for the SLA presentation.
Amitabha...we are the fifth group to present. Well, I should be glad enough not to be the white mice at least although the presentation will be killing me next week=(

Peaceful day

By far, it is a day that I am free of any activities except an hour of lecture. And therefore, I make use of the time to work on my assignments.
You know at most I will only spend half day in my hostel.
I will constantly engage myself with activities although is simply having meal downstairs.
I just couldn't stay in hostel for a day probably I get bored easily of trivial matter. Haha...sounds weird is it?
I resist the temptation of playing squash with Jason, a usual Wednesday event for me, just to complete my assignment.
I would have to sit still in front of my laptop most of the time before I return home.
Not facebook but to finish my work @_@
Wish I can complete half of my works within two weeks. Couldn't afford to expect more.

Tension

Now I could feel a heavy load of responsibilities are being shouldered on me.
I do realise it but do not sense it not until I refer to my assignment schedule.
For the following weeks, I have to battle hard with the assignments and revision of seven assignments.
I am under great pressure now, wonder how am I going to manage them well.
No more drama frenzy not until I finish half of the works.
I can imagine books, files, and papers are pilling up ,waiting  for me to pamper them=(
My eyelids begins to droop now, time to sleep! Goodnight friends^^

Lovely Sunday

My day started with EC II discussion in Vickie's house.
Together we have drafted an interview report which will be examined by our lecturer tomorrow.
Hope she will approve it.
At the same time, she and Tee Xin gave me some ideas on my literary criticism assignment, which I could not think of as I have come to an dead end.
Their brainstorming unblock my obstructive mind.
After that, we joyfully went for lunch in Easy Cafe. We enjoy our meal in the soothing ambience except my creamy seafood soup. It really sucks! The worst ever soup that I have drunk!
For dinner, once again Vivienne and I be the little chef. Hehe...
The cabbage soup that we made is so delicious! Credit to the anchovies^^
Another blissful Sunday for me ^^y

Oh no...

I told myself it will not be happened anymore in my life. But somehow it did happen again today!
Oh my god! Again I had my taekwondo training under the scorching hot sun.
A big clap to the tournament. You have transformed me into a dark figure successfully which I totally can't accept!
I have just getting a bit fairer since my last training in the field not long ago. And now?
There is no hope for me to get back fairer within a month=(
No more outdoor activities in the afternoon please.

Freezing cold

Another rainy day in Tanjung Malim.
The weather of Tanjung Malim has been gloomy and wet for quite some times.
Maybe it is another indication of the changes of world climate due to men destruction.
Kind of sad like what happen in Thailand now.
The unpredictable weather mood of Tanjung Malim has made me constantly worried about my clothes.
Once it starts raining in the morning, I know my clothes won't get dried in the following two days.
The hang clothes just getting more and more. Haiz...
It was freezing cold in the class and so i made myself a big bowl of Tom Yam soup as dinner.
Feel warm and satisfied after that. Gonna have a nice sleep in cold breeze~

Face the reality

Finally back to the dead town after the long holiday.
I am pretty down due to family misfortune. Amitabha~~
Blessed my family to carry on life during this hard times.
Somehow I have to face the reality. Assignments and mid-term tests are waiting for me.
Miss my family so much. How I wish to be by their sides=(

Gruesome pain

My unwelcome "old friend " visited me again this morning. 
It will make me suffer in silence each time it bumps into me.
I have been having period pain occasionally since secondary school. Till now I can't figure out the solution=(
I was wincing in pain for the whole morning, rolling left and right umpteen times.
This is the most severe pain that I have encountered. I couldn't even get out of my bed.
Imagine how bad it is. At that moment, I felt like having labour pain. Oh gosh @_@
Only after I took medicine I felt better. But then I have wasted a morning by fighting with this stupid pain=(
111111 is a disaster for me! Why everyone blindly says that it is a very special and lucky day? = =''

Ipoh walk

Today is my turn to become a tour guide as my friends from UPSI will stay in Ipoh for a few days.
I brought them to Foh San, a dim-sum restaurant for a late breakfast.
Luck was not with my friend today.
He was summonsed for passing a yellow traffic light. He was caught in red-handed. Gosh!
He is so lucky to receive a three digit summon. Feel so sorry for him=(  Poor thing=(
Our next destinations were Sam Poh Tong and Kek Lok Tong, an only seemingly 'tourist attraction' in Ipoh that I could think off. And I'm so ashamed of the unclean tourist attractions. Such a joke!

A scenic walk

Had a plate of fried kuetiau for breakfast. Cheap and tasty.
After that, Vivienne brought me to Taiping Lake, a place that I have always longed for.
It is more scenic than I have expected!
The serene environment with a lush green view is so breathtaking. Wow!
Of course I won't miss the chance to snap photos in such a scenic environment.
It is absolutely a must go place in Taiping.
Before I left, Vivienne's mom cooked a scrumptious meal for me. yummy, yummy^^
I feel graceful to be with them in these two days. Thanks for their warm reception.

Taiping Trip

I boarded an early morning bus to Taiping.

Once reached, straight away I head for an interview together with my group members.

The interviewee is a retired Maths teacher, Mrs. Ng.

She is a really nice person which made our interview went on smoothly.

She told us that being a teacher must be able to ignite his own fire at all times throughout his teaching life, which is truly true.
I must be a passionate teacher like Mrs. Ng, which I have always promised myself.

After that, I met Vivienne in her shop.

She was my tour guide for the whole day as I was going to spend two days in Taiping. So did her mother.

They brought me to eat lots of Taiping famous food.

Couldn’t believe that I have eaten so much food in a day! The food are relatively cheap and tasty as well.

We visited Night Safari at nite. A whole new experience for me.
I was so thrilled to be so near with the nocturnal wildlife!
Vivienne said that I’m lucky enough to have a glimpse of most of the animals as some of them don’t always appear at night. Hehe…today is my lucky day^^

First day of holiday

Assignment and revision fill up supposed to be a bright Sunday. Haiz...
I was bogged down by the assignment.
It is about writing a critical analysis of a literary work. I simply don't  know what to write.
I am stuck in the first part. Bless me tomorrow.
Had a drink with my former classmates in Station 1 Cafe.
My friend has taught me a game, black magic. It's a secret between us as it can only be played without the acknowledgement of the others. Hehe...our secret^^

Secret Recipe

Went to Secret Recipe again with four of my friends this afternoon.
We were to celebrate Jason's birthday by giving him a treat.
Each of us ordered a piece of cake except me who shared with Ying Le.
We waited idly until 12 pm just to order set lunch as set lunch is only available from 12pm-3pm.
In the mean time, we snapped lots of  funny, stupid, cute...photos.
Hehe...enjoy the moment joking and giggling with each other.
Wish Jason is happy with our little effort. Happy Birthday in advance to Jason^^

New printer

Woke up by the ticking of rain early in the morning.
I am supposed to sleep like a log in such a nice weather. Yet I have to go to campus to see my lecturer=(
Finally I managed to buy a new printer ! Before that I was turned down as it is running out of stock.
It is an ink efficient printer with an affordable price.
 So I think it's worth although it did burn a hole in my pocket.

Yoga

Practised yoga after having not done it for a few weeks i think. 

I am becoming lazier than last time. Shouldn't be!
I love yoga. It's just that I lack of motivation.

Last time I used to hit yoga centre thrice a week for four months. Now? zzzz
Feel sluggish now. What should I do? assignment? internet? or drama again?

Jazz chant

Our mid-term paper of phonetics were given back today. 

Dr Che Ton is very disappointed of our performance for which she expects us more.
My results is a bit under par due to some silly mistakes again. I wish I have done better.
Well, at least I have prepared well for the exam.
We will be having the second quiz after our sem break and this time transcription will be included! OMG...
Guess I have to drill myself on this during the coming holiday.
Our lesson ended with the performance of choral speaking and jazz chant, which is my group.
Finally it is done^^
